Sale Term and Conditions

Trademark is registered as Au79. Due to high volume, Au79 cannot guarantee the availability of stock during our sale period. Discounted items cannot be refunded for change of mind. This offer cannot be redeemed against prior purchases, redeemed for cash or used to pay for gift vouchers. Due to high volume, Au79 cannot guarantee the availability of stock during our sale period. If you experience difficulties redeeming this offer online, please contact us prior to purchasing as Au79 is not liable for missed opportunities due to website difficulties and are unable to amend online orders once they have been submitted. 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind however Au79 will happily
exchange within 14 days provided that the product is returned in its original
condition. Please consider this before placing your order.

Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned to Au79 within 14 days of receipt.

When exchanging for a product of less value, a credit note will be issued for the balance. When exchanging for a product of higher value, the balance will need to be paid and payment information can be included on a returns form which will be provided to you.

ARRANGING YOUR EXCHANGE

All exchanges must be authorised by Au79.

Please contact Au79 within 7 days of receiving your purchase to notify us of your desire to exchange by sending an email to info@Au79.com.au.

We will confirm if the return of your product is suitable and send you a
returns form. The returned item/s must be in their original condition with tags
attached. Item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way.

The returns form and the product/s must be sent via a registered
postal service. This ensures accountability as you will have a tracking
number and the item is traceable in the rare event it is lost in the post. Once
the items have been received, you will receive an email confirming receipt.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is entitled to a refund
or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer
guarantees. Refunds will be issued for items that are faulty or damaged.

We pride ourselves on ensuring all products sold are of the highest quality.   All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are dispatched to customers however, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at gold@au79.com.au.

We request, 4-5 clear photos showing the issue from a number of
different angles, including 1 photo of the full item to help us to identify
where the issue is located and also to help us match the product to your
receipt.

The returns form and the product must be send via a registered
postal service. Please provide us the tracking number.

We can only accept items purchased on our webshop Au79.com.au.

If you purchased your item through an alternate online site we ask you
to contact the store in which you purchased the item for further assistance.
